2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, complete information and documents
• Disclose all relevant details (visa refusals, cancellations, criminal history)
• Respond to requests promptly
• Check all documents before submission
• Notify us of any changes immediately

Kritin Global is not responsible for consequences caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by you.

3. Engagement & Service Commencement

A formal engagement begins only when:

• You have agreed to these Terms; and
• Required fees have been paid in full or as agreed.
• Consultations or enquiries alone do not create a client–advisor relationship.

4. Fees, Payments & Refunds

4.1 Fees

Service fees will be disclosed before engagement. Fees relate only to Kritin Global’s professional services and exclude government charges, health exams, translations, police checks, assessments, or institutional fees.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Pay fees using authorised methods
• Pay invoices on or before the due date
• Cover any applicable surcharges or third-party processing fees

4.3 Refund Policy

The following are Strictly non-refundable:

• Consultation fees service is provided
• Professional service fees after work has commenced
• Fees paid to government, institutions, or third parties
• Change of mind or circumstances after service fees has been paid and work confirmation has been received
• Fees forfeited due to client delay, non-disclosure, mistakes, or change-of-mind

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Kritin Global does not guarantee:

• Visa approvals
• Skill assessment outcomes
• University or institute admissions
• Processing times
• Government or institutional decisions
• Invitation rounds or points-based outcomes

Final decisions rest with:

• Department of Home Affairs (DHA)
• Educational institutions
• Skills assessment bodies
• Any relevant third-party authorities

We are not liable for delays, refusals, technical failures, or changes in law or policy.

6. Liability & Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kritin Global is not liable for:

• Loss resulting from incorrect or incomplete client documents
• Application refusal due to non-disclosure
• Delays by DHA, institutions, or third parties
• Website outages or technical issues with government portals
• Changes in migration law or policy
• Loss of opportunity, income, profit, or data
• Acts or omissions by any external provider

If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is capped at the greater of:

• The amount you paid for the specific service, or
• $100 AUD

14. Governing Law

Disputes shall be handled exclusively in Western Australian courts.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Kritin Global regarding Website and Service use. Any prior agreements are superseded.
